•Capitalized on unusually strong background in accounting, technology and project management to establish and manage Financial Systems Group within Finance Department. •Designed job functions and responsibilities, and nurture strong working network within all bank departments, IT and suppliers to ensure continuing achievement of project objectives. •Analyzed Finance business process and performance analysis requirements and selected effective technologies to satisfy them. •Managed Cognos software development and implementation. •Built database tables, translation table mappings and interfaces for Cognos system use. •Developed enterprise-wide automated budget management. •Developed, implemented and administer system access security, including development of security profiles and user matrices. •Developed procedures manuals for financial systems end-users and system/security administrators. •Oversee Budget Helpline inquiries and train over 200 employees annually. •Oversaw conversion of financial systems from three bank acquisitions. •Created project plans, developed translation tables, set up account and cost center hierarchies, modified and tested core system interfaces, tested systems and completed implementation. •Developed and implemented SOX project plan, including technology research, development and delivery of SOX training, and Access database to house interim SOX test documentation. •Conduct quarterly SOX bank processes testing. •Evaluate process documentation, including Visio flowcharts, risk assessment matrices and SOX audit programs, monitoring compliance and ensuring ongoing testing program effectiveness. •Promoted twice in recognition of superior project and acquisition integration performance and increasing overall responsibilities.
