Daily Duties at Seamless, Pr:
Analyze, design, and program of reports, queries, and databases. Current tools used are Microsoft Access 2003, Visual Basic, Excel, SQL Server, FrontPage, etc. Application changes to a Client/Server model. Applications, databases and Systems programmed/designed include production, quality, engineering, inventory, chemical formulations, Human Resources, etc. Proposal, planning and implementation of new information systems projects. I.T. process improvements and reengineering, enhancements of productivity, and costs reduction, thru a better use of information systems, are being achieved. Hardware/software support. Technical and PC support. Troubleshoot, and maintain network connectivity to the companies other facilities. First 4 years were a mix of 65% programming/analysis, 35% tech. support/hardware/software. Last 2.5 years were 100% System Analysis/Programming, Database Design/Programming/Analysis.
