• Directed County Managers and Assistants on payroll, accounting, and human resources procedures. • Drafted and updated offer letters and employee agreements for revenue-producing employees. • Maintained confidential records (agreements, salaries, commissions, and financial statements). • Calculated commissions, requested signing bonuses, and managed employees' time for payroll. • Produced reports including cost of sales, open orders, county budget, revenue producers, etc. • Processed new hire, termination, and employee change paperwork. • Completed regional cost center transfer forms, processed, and submitted to Accounting. • Kept CEO's calendar and contacts list, made travel arrangements, etc.
