Daily Duties at Investors Title Company:

• Process all employment paperwork (new hire, termination, health benefits, leave of absence, etc.) for 200+ employees, ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory mandates. • Direct managers on proper human resources and payroll procedures. • Work with corporate legal department to make sure all procedures, documents, and contracts are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. • Oversee management of all benefit programs (health and other insurance, 401(k), etc.). • Successfully transferred Human Resources and Payroll department from parent company in Campbell, California to Glendale. Organized and updated files to ensure accuracy in benefits, accruals, and employee paperwork. • Approve and process all time records, commissions, bonuses, etc., for payroll. • Partnered with other HR and HRIS professionals to test and implement upgrade of human resources and payroll computer system.
