Daily Duties at Kinko's :

In charge of all commercial accounts for a branch that makes over 1.2 Million dollars yearly. Raised commercial accounts by 1 Million dollars annually during my tenure. Responsible for training all co-workers in customer service and software, provided in store customer service for both commercial and walk-in customers, quoting and bidding on jobs, relocation specialist. Aided customers on self-serve computers to navigate programs, using copiers such as the Xerox 5690, the Canon 2500, Oce' 3165, Xerox 5365, using machines such as velo binders, laminators, tape binders, foam core mounters. Responsible for outputting over 40 desktop publishing orders per week, outputting to a variety of machines including an HP 5000, Tektronix 780, Xerox N4525, Oce 3165, Oce 9400, Xerox 6115, and a Fiery Xerox Doc 12, maintaining an in-store network, maintaining, reformatting and reinstalling over 12 computers, both PC and MAC, assisting customers on both platforms in our self-serve computer area, troubleshooting all technology in the branch.Ongoing responsibilities included customer service, cashier and customer assistance.
