Daily Duties at Radian :
Promoted quickly (six months) from Assistant to Junior to Senior Underwriter with contract MI company on-site at Flagstar Bank’s wholesale division. Operated in paperless environment and met and/or exceeded quota of eight new underwrites per day. Trained employees on MI procedures and software systems. Engaged loan officers in problem-solving for alternative program submission when necessary.
