Daily Duties at Pinnacle Financial Corp:
Lead underwriter for Emerging Markets Division, Loan Originator, Product Solutions Support for branch managers, and Expert Program Trainer. Worked closely with corporate Senior Vice-President Underwriting on product/guideline interpretation and development with a primary focus on Hispanic markets. Brought Alabama and Texas branches on-board with product training and support, coaching, and ongoing scenario resolution. Designed and implemented product training and testing for high-level producers, team leaders, and branch managers. Originated residential and commercial loans. Sole divisional contact for commercial loan scenarios, loan structuring, placement and referrals. Awarded Outstanding Service and Leadership Award 2006.
