• Senior-level management for the successful migration of over 100 business to consumer (B2C) websites for Zone Americas managing 6 direct reports and 20 virtual team members. This project required the coordination, planning, remediation, and management of multinational team to migrate B2C websites in North, Central and South America to a central hosting agency in Maryland, USA. • Manage post web site migration support as part of the global “Follow the Sun” production support team sustaining web site maintenance and issues around the world. • Daily planning and issue resolution in coordination with the other operational teams in Frankfurt, Germany and Sydney, Australia as well as with the global management group located in Vevey, Switzerland.
