Edited, reported, and produced four weekly newsletters for an independent electronics distributor (NECX Exchange). Wrote feature stories for quarterly employee newsletter, MarCom collateral, and recruiting materials. Founded NECX News Desk by implementing principals and practices learned as newspaper editor/reporter. Fostered sales and brand awareness by communicating relevant news to customers and industry information to sales team. Reduced operating costs by $10,000 per month by transitioning from fax broadcast via third-party vendor to in-house e-mail.
