Daily Duties at Gateway:

Produced promotional and informational e-mails to consumers in multiple formats for Gateway.com, the Gateway Accessory Store and NECX Direct. Wrote e-mail content, edited HTML, managed e-mail databases, responded to customer feedback, and tracked response to e-mail campaigns. Increased and improved customer response of Gateway's corporate, accessory-store, and enthusiast databases by implementing e-mail campaign schedule. Maintained customer relationships by establishing and improving production routines to execute more than 150 campaigns, on deadline, generating more than $100M in online revenue. Maximized results by closely analyzing offer response/placement and adjusting subsequent campaigns accordingly.
