August 1998 to IBM Global Services, Spartanburg, SC April 2000 IT Specialist - Systems Management Integration • Supported and troubleshot several software packages running on the Windows 95 operating system • Supported and troubleshot workstation PCs and peripherals • Provided end-user support in a networked PC environment consisting of 30 servers and 1200 PCs, specifically on Windows 95 using the Novell Client • Hands on experience with Novell Client Server software with an understanding of Ethernet and Token Ring LAN topologies • Installed hardware and software on workstation PCs for the end-users • Recommended alternative solutions, priorities, systems hardware, design changes and improvements • Assumed additional responsibilities as assigned September 1996 to IBM Global Services, Spartanburg, SC August 1998 Administrator Specialist - Senior Help Desk Analyst • Troubleshot hardware and software on an IBM 4694/4695 POS system • Provided phone support to the end-user on the restaurant back office computer systems using an OS/2 platform • Performed a variety of tasks or processes following established procedures or practices • Assumed additional responsibilities as assigned
