Daily Duties at Choice Point:
Technical Support Analyst II • Knowledgeable of all ChoicePoint Government Services products including: Fusion Centers, i2 Inc, iMapData, and AutoTrack XP. • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support skills, in an integrated Technical Support environment involving two separate entities – i2 Inc and iMapData - to assist daily customer inquests for technical support via e-mail, and phone calls relating to various i2 software applications, such as Analyst’s Notebook, iBase, iBridge, TextChart, ChartReader, ChartExplorer, and iMapData’s web-based application. • Updated iMapData user account information as well as reset user passwords; answering customer technical questions regarding site use and functionality. • Provided customer education on application user and functionality, ensuring that client needs were met by establishing a relationship with them. • Worked on various projects related to i2 applications to improve troubleshooting knowledge and expertise. • Kept abreast of current technology, participated in various training and professional development activities as appropriate.
