• Worked on a variety of civil litigation cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants; • Handled cases from inception through trial; • Evaluated cases for potential damages, conducted investigations, interviewed witnesses and hired experts; counseled clients on merit of cases, advice on likelihood of success, proffered opinions as to costs, and ultimately made recommendations as to settlements; and, • Assisted corporate clients in establishing standards and practices intended to minimize risk and prevent loss; second chaired jury trials
