Analyzed, developed and coordinated the management of billing and operational business improvement processes. Coordinated the integration and automation of Security Pacific Corporation and Bank of America telecommunications payables function that total 14,000 invoices. • Directed a staff of 15 in auditing, processing and analyzing approximately $120M in telecommunications expenses. Directed the vendor payment and auditing of approximately 7,000 invoices. Automated the processing and payment of 7,000 invoices resulting in more accurate and faster turn around of analysis, reporting and payment. Reduction in data entry from five employees to two was attained. Vendor expenditure reports were automated, reducing labor by 2/3 of an employee.
