Daily Duties at Usc Keck School Of Medicine:
Modeling, costing, and statistical analysis of base and incentive programs for both faculty and staff; • Serve as the subject matter expert for all compensation practices for the Keck School of Medicine’s Faculty Salary Management System and its relationship to the Payroll System. • Develop, complete and implement special compensation surveys and analysis as necessary, including studies of targeted job classifications to assess, evaluate and adjust the competitive market positions of these jobs • Designed and developed a table structure for a comprehensive faculty salary database to include faculty compensation from all sources including private practice and Los Angeles County. This allows the Dean to respond quickly to faculty salary negotiations and provides more accurate information in response to compensation surveys and analysis.
