Daily Duties at Usc Information Services Division:

Directed the recovery process of $30M worth of Information Technology Services. Ensuring strong internal controls are maintained and reviewed. Audit and analyze Information Services expenses and processes to ensure recovery of cost, accuracy of charges and optimal solution. • Prepared financial models to support upper management in major decision making processes. Negotiated vendor contracts which have resulted in annual savings of over $400,000. Implemented revenue sharing program with various vendors that have resulted in income of over $775,000 to USC • Provided leadership, developed system specification, user requirements and coordinated the implementation of a call account system and data network billing system to allocate and recover over $30M. Designed and implemented a customer notification process, resulting in a 25% reduction in billing errors.
