Daily Duties at Bright Horizons Family Solutions:

Opened up a brand new child care facility for a private client. -Participate in administration of and implementation of programs to promote inclusive and positive work environment and engage and retain staff -Build relationships with families, including those who are considering enrollment. Manage situations with dissatisfied customers well by listening, responding thoughtfully and calmly, and engaging partners in solutions -Manage all aspects of marketing and enrollment, including utilizing IMS, handling requests for back- up care, and conducting tours. Meet center/school -specific enrollments targets/goals
