Daily Duties at Con Air:

• Lead and maintain daily production of HVAC air filters for homes and businesses • Schedule production and manpower throughout the plant • Implement Quality checks and awareness of non-quality events • Daily meetings with Group Leads, Supervisors and Scheduler to review, Safety, Quality, Deliveries, Inventory and Production • Participate and implement plant reorganization layout to help improve flow and efficiency
