Began as individual contributor. Advanced to Supervisor in 1998. Position eliminated in December 2001. Stepped back to individual contributor conducting post-discharge calls, reauthorization of homecare services and tracking hospice utilization. Promoted to Manager position in 2/2004- 7/2006.
