Daily Duties at Sparkhound:
• Supervisor for 30+ member agile software development practice, across four regional offices • Budgeting and resource planning for $8 million operational practice • Work closely with Business Development reps and client in pre-sales activities to estimate custom software solutions and identify total cost of ownership for clients • Manage several internal efforts to integrate workflow, payroll, and HR management systems • Manage internal DevOps process and systems utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Azure DevOps • Well versed in application architecture in cloud and hybrid environments
