Directed all work environment aspects of a 448K square foot, multi-level facility on 70 acres with occupancy of up to 1,900 employees. Led teams and completed projects related to facilities / property management, loss prevention / workplace safety, mail operations, purchasing and technical services, while managing $107M+ regional budget annually. Applied risk management in daily decisions and focused on operational excellence with fellow peers / leaders and team members. Provided both onsite and virtual leadership in Houston, Richardson, and San Antonio, TX.
