Daily Duties at Gateway School District:

 Implemented actionable and transformational leadership to nearly 4,000 students and 350 educators for a large suburban school district in the greater Pittsburgh area. Built and launched the first on-campus, alternative academy and cyber school to offer district students a comparable choice to charter schools. Instituted a multi-tiered intervention system based on Response to Intervention and Instruction (RtII) and Differentiated Instruction (DI) models. Streamlined and revamped PK-12 professional development to provide personnel with training opportunities that were continuous, sustainable, and embedded in routine activities.
