Developed and launched marketing, sales, and revenue generation strategies, routing, and call plans, while managing company devices and samples.  Exceeded performance targets by 106% in overall revenue, 111% of unit sales, and 105% of nursing home revenue.  Partnered with surgeons and physicians to assess wounds and identify potential candidates for VAC therapy; followed patient progress and provided continual updates from placement through final healing and discontinuation of therapy, documenting progress.  Organized and coordinate relevant speakers and “Lunch and Learn” events to expand product knowledge throughout the territory and capture enhanced market share.  Recognized as a team resource for competitive analysis and market intelligence, managing revenue, and serving as a corporate liaison.
