Daily Duties at Organogenesis Inc.:
Manage the sales strategies across the Tampa and Central Florida region to promote the utilization and expansion of a portfolio of leading regenerative wound healing products, including Apligraf, Dermagraft, PuraPly, NuShield, and Affinity, with a combined value of ~$1.2M in annual sales revenue. Provide technical support to physicians within operating rooms, wound care centers, and office procedures to optimize clinical outcomes and reimbursement results. Collaborate with doctors to identify appropriate patients for available product solutions and monitor progress milestones. Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs) throughout the territory to develop and launch impactful marketing programs to drive additional sales, delivering positive return on investment. Delivered 6% year over year growth in 2020 and 12% in 2018. In spite of reduced territory scope in 2017, succeeded in generating over $1M in sales revenue. Generated $1.6M in 2016 to exceed established metrics, and outproduced 111% of plan in 2014. In 2013, recognized for being the first sales professional to exceed $1M in revenue within the territory’s history, facilitating 11% annual growth from prior year. Upon hire in 2012, outpaced quota by generating 103% of goal. Coordinated speaker programs and topics, cultivating opportunities to enhance customer education and drive product utilization and sales revenue. Served as technology expert and reimbursement representative in support of new CRM rollout across region.
