Daily Duties at At&T:
Prepare financial related analyses and research in relation to Revenue Assurance. Prepare forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. Work in coordination with project managers for new products and services testing. Work with Business Operations Directors and HQ Revenue Assurance to ensure departmental goals are obtained. Assist in supporting Marketing, Network, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve customer affecting issues. Prepare billing reconciliation’s, queries, and month end reporting for leakages in overall revenue.
