* Challenged two Underwriting teams with meeting or exceeding their growth, persistency and margin expectations for their respective Strategic Partners * Motivated the Underwriting and Sales Support Teams to provide excellent operational support with timely and accurate proposals for all groups assigned to the teams * Principal member of the New Business Channel team that created, developed and implemented new products and sales initiatives for the Ameritas Group and Wholesale Distributions * Successfully negotiated, created and maintained the annual financial budget for the Underwriting and Business Development Department * Established and maintained strong working relationships with the Ameritas Group Division Leaders along with Key Leadership Personnel for Ameritas' Strategic Partners to establish best practices while conducting daily operations *Create, establish and implement various strategic initiatives for all Strategic Partners as they relate to the growth, persistency and margin plans within each distribution
