• Supervised client engagements; developed audit plans by: reviewing trial balances, financial statements, prior audit reports, prior management letter comments, prior audit work papers, current industry issues and clients' board minutes. • Reviewed internal control documents, designed and supervised internal control tests, supervised the execution field work testing, reviewed staff work papers, drafted management letter comments and financial statements. • Planned and prepared exit conference presentation reports and represented the firm at exit conferences as the engagement manager on assigned audits. • Coached and supervised staff on assigned engagements.
