Daily Duties at Laab's Apartments:

• Manage office and legal operations of 26 units within the apartment complex • Maintain working relationships with 26 + tenants • Perform background checks for prospective tenants • File legal paperwork with tenants and courts when necessary • Collect rent and deposit payments • Maintain financial ledgers and balance accounts • Assist in appointment coordination for maintenance and repairs • Meet guaranteed tenant move in dates • Understanding and in depth knowledge of Fair Housing Act and Equal Employment Act • Experience with Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and Evernote
