With top management - created a business development plan and strategy for generating new business - marketing research, competitive matrix, SWOT analysis, profiled existing client base, defined insurance verticals among payers- target -global insurance payors exposed to medical claims in the USA. • Developed marketing materials and presentations, PR strategy for international publications and conferences. Created new services and redefined existing product lines to become more client focused based on insurance lines - (expatriate, travel, assistance, air ambulance, employers, reinsurance, personal accident, government payors). Managed training of a team of 10 Account Managers in sales, retention and expansion of existing clients and new business development. Generated new business from a new territory Central and Eastern Europe. Member of the executive management team, responsible for marketing strategies, territory and business development and acquisition of the company by a major international insurance carrier.
