Daily Duties at Syntel Atos:
Analyze SLA adherence across all technical towers. Identify opportunities for improvement, to promote SLA compliance. Define specifications around individual service level agreements. Meet with global team directors, to identify opportunities for improved efficiency within their technical towers. Work with technical towers to run efficiency initiatives.
