Daily Duties at Breakthrough Recovery Outreach:

 Reported to Executive Director to ensure continuity of care client to ensure recovery  Coordinated client recovery schedules and services, including AA meetings, clinical counseling sessions, treatment teams, etc.  Served as liaison between multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff for addiction recovery and treatment  Provided resident services, issued medications, coordinated transportation and social services for clients
