Worked with Vendors, Suppliers, and Service Providers in supporting IDP personal, equipment, and the IDP Product Line. Purchased and configured PCs, laptops, servers, switches, SANS, JPODs, and other hardware Composed and updated IDP company policy, instructional documentation, network, and floor/office diagrams Supported end users with day-to-day hardware and software issues
