Daily Duties at Care Tech Solutions:
Level 2 Support Analyst • Train new analysts to calls from multiple medical client end users. • Verify user credentials, reset passwords, remove account locks, remove job locks, restart server services, and restart interfaces. • Analyze computer hardware or software issues, diagnose and assign to the correct group. • While employed at Care tech Solutions I was qualified to support all current Clients and their applications. Incident Manager • As an incident manager on all accounts I was responsible for quickly addressing and resolving department wide and or house-wide issues with any applications used across the infrastructure. • This included critical note taking, and compiling executive and house-wide notifications. • Promotion Cross team collaboration to insure fast & efficient incident resolution.
