Manage department staffing and resources. Perform interviews. standardize training. Set goals for agents, and perform annual reviews oversee asset management and ensure proper asset distribution through the Auburn Hills headquarters, and the eastern US region. Analyse weekly, monthly and annual KPIs to ensure adherence to performance guidelines set by the company.
