Daily Duties at Duke Energy / Yoh Services Llc:

Filled various roles as needed: Project Closeout, Customer Liaison, Document Control Processing, creating Job Aids. The Customer Liaison role is sending and returning Engineering Reviews for the different projects primarily via the Adobe Shared Commenting feature along with answering questions from the suppliers or the engineering team. Also perform project closeouts. This includes but not limited to doing a final check of the records, looking for duplicates, and any other oddities that would prevent the document from going to final record. Responsible for creating job aids for the projects. These job aids includes the roles of receiver, document control processing, engineering review and other information pertinent to the specific project.
