Daily Duties at Cna Insurance :
Communicated effectively and professionally with Claim managers and leaders to understand needs related to quality. Engaged with management on secondary Review processes. Promoted the culture of continuous improvement as related to quality. Participate is quarterly data driven discussions on continuous improvement. Encourage, promote and understand use of quality data in combination with other metrics to identify trends. Mentor Managers and individuals who were scoring lower on the metrics in order to improve for the next quarter. Provided on the job techniques to achieve these quality requirements
