Daily Duties at Cna Insurance:
Managing large loss complex property losses and 1st party Marine Losses. Select and utilize appropriate vendors to assist in gathering on site information at the loss. Utilized face time with vendor while at the site to accompany them with the inspection and ask questions and provide further direction which drastically reduces expenses for travel. Thoroughly investigate coverage, document plan of action, Draft and send reservation of rights letters when appropriate. Review Building Consultant xactimate estimates to ensure they are complying with company guidelines as deducting proper openings, carpet waste etc. Establish reserve for all exposures of the loss; Building, BPP, Business interruption etc. Work closely with our internal business partners to add value to the claim and investigation; subrogation, SIU, Risk Control etc. Mentor and coach new hires to the field. Resolve claim within handling authority and Best Practices
