Developed financial impact guidance and deal pricing analytics for highly competitive and complex investment pricing engagements (RFP, RFI, RFQ) supporting 3 field sales vice presidents across multiple geographies. - Provided strategic direction and analytical support to regional field sales and marketing executives territory ensuring financial goals / sales target attainment of $150M per quarter. - Presented sales progress reports including all pricing strategic initiatives and business performance improvement recommendations to executive leadership. - Educated sales teams on the value of pricing optimization, balanced revenue, profit management and forecasting of profit / revenue by brand / product line to drive accelerate sales performance. - Authorized by executive team to handle all price negotiations including low margin hardware quotes up to $500K without leadership confirmation resulting in a 20% improvement in quote turn-around time
