Built, managed, and scaled a new worldwide finance and pricing operations organization for Lenovo’s newest B2B on-premises datacenter services unit reporting directly to the General Manager. - Hired and coached global team of pricers, controllers and financial analysts across four continents to deliver against a four year $500M+ business plan commitment while budgeting against a $200M capital budget. - Developed first ever power-based consumption pricing model for on prem Cloud Computing Services offering. - Established and managed all core finance business processes including financial analyses, business planning, analytics, risk management, P&L forecasts, revenue recognition guidelines, revenue accounting, profit management, budgeting and variance analysis, client contract pricing and conditions, and sales compensation. - Created financial reporting structure and automated dashboard development and analytics tool for key KPIs – business growth metrics, financial modeling, price quote processes / protocols and commissions plans. -
