Executed deep-dives using data science, SQL queries, and business intelligence engineers to identify trends, conduct tests, and validate solutions that increased performance of the network and reinforced the company’s obsession over customer satisfaction. • Supervised outbound dock operations for distribution center warehouse in the Amazon network during “Peak Season 2017”. Achieved 2 highest throughput days in Amazon history. • Established new metrics used by entire network, refining performance tracking and driving new behaviors by leadership. Improved average on-time delivery performance across network by ~1% (on millions of daily packages).
