Daily Duties at L3 Harris:

Oversee day-to-day procurement activities for commercial and government programs, while managing 6 direct reports to ensure quality products and services and reduce overall cost. Implement purchasing policies and procedures to support annual audits. Ensure a high level of performance from subcontractors, while negotiating a broad range of subcontracts and monitoring KPI’s metrics. Experienced with CPSR and small business audits. Currently holds a secret clearance through 2025. Participate in quarterly business reviews meetings with the strategic supply base to evaluate the productivity of business and supply processes. Manage sector and corporate reporting for various key items. Ensure timely purchase order placements to achieve on-time deliveries. Train and develop professionals and align team goals with business unit metrics to ensure the team’s adherence to L3 Supply Chain policies and procedures.
