Daily Duties at Charles Schwab & Co:
• Pledged Asset Line of Credit operations specialist. • Responsible for supervision of employees regarding compliance rules & company policy. Patriot Act, FINRA and Banking regulations in affecting transactions and the opening and maintenance of client accounts. • Co-operated in concert with financial advisors, compliance officers, anti-money laundering, quality assurance, new account solutions, retirement services, margin and audit team s to resolve client transaction issues and client concerns. • Expert in advising clients in matters of account products and features, government regulations, application and transaction processing and resolutions. • Responsible for granting 9/10 exceptions after careful consideration regarding company policy, client and company risk and government regulations. • Performed research, setup & processing adjustments of Money Link/ACH, journals, & check requests. • Created and monitoring of various reports in tracking movements of money and assets including OFAC LexisNexis reports.
