Customer Service as described by the nurse manager and the ED Management. Promptly resolved discrepancies among client condition, coverage, and needs. Compassionately delivered quality care to clients within a group home setting. Safely operated lifts to bathe, clothe, feed, and transfer clients to and from their doctor’s appointments or outdoor activities.
