I provided direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I performed personal activities of daily living such as assistance with their basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, and healthcare-related tasks. Performed home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning. Planned meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals, fed and cleaned up afterward. Drove clients to their scheduled appoints and transported clients when running their errands. Customer Service as described by the nurse manager and the ED Management. Promptly resolved discrepancies among client condition, coverage, and needs. Compassionately delivered quality care to clients within a group home setting. Safely operated lifts to bathe, clothe, feed, and transfer clients to and from their doctor’s appointments or outdoor activities.
