Daily Duties at Dynamic Drinkware Llc:

 Manage and coordinate activities of 3 Managers, 3 Production Supervisors and 6 Maintenance Department members.  Promote Operational Excellence, Safety, Organization and Teamwork throughout the workplace using HACCP, Lean and SQF  Initiate or recommend personnel actions; such as promotions, transfers, disciplinary measures and/or terminations by following proper procedures. Completes and administers performance evaluations for Production Supervisors.  Drive results; make timely and effective decisions and produce results  Responsible for the programming and implementation of the companies MRP system  Reduced changeover times and throughput by implementation of Standard Operating Procedures  Coordinate with the Production Scheduler and the Director of Operations regarding schedules and/or problems  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively and persuasively present information to Management, customers, and employees.  Strong planning and project management skills with ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and tasks  Knowledge and understanding of production control and scheduling in regards to manpower requirements and production schedules.  Helped develop quality control systems and standards that pushed better than industry standard scrap levels for IML of under 2%.  Implemented production efficiencies and increased production throughput up to 25% on selected machines  Primary person responsible for purchasing over $2MM of raw materials to include negotiating vendor contracts  Facilitated over-flow production needs with outside contract packaging companies and manage shipping department
