• Negotiated and created business agreements as well as the implementation of 3rd Party customer software integration with core software product RealTick. Lead the sales and marketing strategy of both the retail division for core product and 3rd Party partners. Created sales projections and strategy for new product creation that addressed targeted demographics. Managed and developed the product and team work plans, facilitated business process and identified requirements for configurations of new software applications. Served as project lead to establish, evaluate, select, implement and provide ongoing maintenance for Customer Relationship Management software application.
