X Sport Fitness Work Values

Daily Duties at X Sport Fitness:

 Served as Sales Manager of the flagship facility known as XSport Fitness Pipers Alley, a 55,000 square-foot facility which generates approximately $900K per month in revenue and serves approximately 2,700 members daily.  Assumed the duties as Personal Training Manager in the absence of the Personal Training Director to review trainers' business plans and assist with recruiting new clients or resigning existing clients.  Communicated and negotiated with businesses in the community to become engaged with fitness and create corporate relationships.  Investigated customer complaints in order to resolve issues and increase customer retention by regaining trust.  Trained and developed new fitness counselors to enhance their skill set of overcoming sales closing and personal training objections as well as prepare them to accept additional management responsibilities.
