These include personnel recruitment, business supply inventory/purchasing, facility maintenance, operating budget maintenance, marketing and sales strategy development, payroll processing, negotiation, administration, and customer relations.  Facilitated communications with client teams regarding weekly/monthly contractual service level agreements.  Increased monthly revenues by more than 50% month over month for the duration.  Delivered recommendations for enhancement of system and procedure efficiency.  Coached and developed management teams for improved results to drive overall success.  Analyzed company financial reports for needs assessment to guide with resource direction.  Cultivated relationships in the community to optimize opportunities.  Provided guidelines of safety protocols to facility, maintaining OSHA compliancy.
