Daily Duties at Apc Brands, Inc:

Executive operations leader for six distinct corporate brands (American Parks Company, APC Play, American Playground Company, APC Shelter, American Site Furnishings) selling, installing and maintaining (American Playground Construction) commercial playgrounds and parks all over the United States. Integrated customer service, purchasing, installation, maintenance and logistics operations into a streamlined department focused on fulfillment and customer experience. Leveraged new synergy between sales and operations workflows/processes to control order flow and increase customer service. Expanded installer network and initiated new sales operations processes - led to 18% increase in revenue for 2014, 70% revenue increase in 2015 and 17% increase in revenue in 2016 and 2017 while maintaining 30% gross margin for all construction related revenue for FY 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Designed and implemented cloud-based sales/project management tracker and initiated weekly team leadership review. Dramatic improvement in customer contact and service - immediate positive customer experience impact. Created first ever Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning process for company. Designed and implemented a new automated margin/revenue tracking tool for Sales, Operations and Accounting to provide a single version of truth. Incorporated reporting into monthly sales team review and analysis to improve team performance, customer retention, and gross margins. Oversaw supplier relationships and sourcing activity for 3 branded & more than a dozen non-branded suppliers of playground structures, site furnishings, shades, athletic field equipment and more.
