Collaborate with marketing, web developers, and sales teams to introduce new products, services. Launched the company's B2C and B2B website. Build brand awareness campaigns to cement the company's reputation and inform existing and potential customers of new products and services. Monitor tax compliance which includes preparation of U.S. and non-U.S. documentation while documenting and pricing intracompany sale of goods. Utilized early-stage system migration planning to evaluate software solutions. Integrated Salesforce within company legacy system. Review overall organizational performance metrics and financial reports to determine regulatory liability, areas needing program improvement or cost reduction. Responsible for weekly meetings, reports, bids, RFP’s and contracting. Manage the daily operation of the different local teams and motivate the business development teams to exceed sales goals. Head franchise sales and development of Nova Tires 4x4 Tire Centers concept to new territories. Identify, analyze real estate sites for franchise network and company owned stores. Established supply chain strategy to accommodate the company’s growth. Manage cross-functional company initiatives to drive sales, reduce cost, and increase customer engagement.
