Daily Duties at Tc Energy:

General Services. Also supported the implementations of discipline and excellence in Supply Chain execution across a diverse of stakeholders to ensure alignment in relation the TC Energy business objectives. Roberto oversaw the improvement of all Contracts language as an initiative to improve the quality for all Contracts and transferred knowledge to both departments (Pipeline & Facilities) under his leadership. Responsible for the creation and review of strategic sourcing documents that provided recommendations to TC’s senior upper management on potential prime Contractors to be considered and awarded for the support of the project. Roberto participated actively in initiatives that supported the Indigenous Relations Program and Minority Owned Business Program that would have provided participation, exposure and future Contract awards to people and entities identifies as part of either program. Responsible for negotiating with strategic partners the reduction of costs throughout different types on awarded contracts, which translated into Cost Savings for the organization.
